They contain high levels of grounding nutrients (even in small amounts) like calcium, iron, protein, and fiber. Hempseeds, like poppy seeds, also contain these same nutrients, plus the addition of zinc and magnesium.?

INGREDIENTS
1 cup steel-cut oats ¬ cup balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons brown sugar or stevia 2 tablespoons poppy seeds or hempseeds « cup goji berries or ¬ cup dried cherries

 

DIRECTIONS
Place oats and 4 cups water in slow cooker, cover, and cook on high setting for 2 to 2« hours, until oats are tender. Stir in balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, poppy seeds, and goji berries. Spoon into bowls and enjoy.
