  2. You need 1/4 cup of finely chopped white onion.
  3. It’s 1/2 cup of dry white wine.

  5. It’s 5 cup of water.
  6. It’s 1 1/2 cup of dill pickle juice ( from the pickle jar).
  7. Prepare 2 tsp of dried dill weed, crushed.
  8. You need 1/2 cup of heavy cream or whipping cream or milk.
  9. Prepare 1 of salt and white pepper to taste.
  10. You need 1 large of dill pickle, cut Julienne.

  1. in a large soup or stcl pot, over medium heat melt butter.
  2. add onion and cook until soft..
  3. add wine and continue to cook until almost all liquid evaporates..
  4. reduce heat to low and whisk in flour ( do not let it brown) until it os combined..
  5. add water and pickle juice, whisking or stirrring into the flour mixture..
  6. bring just to a slow boil, stirring constantly, until soup slightly thickens..
  7. add dill weed..
  8. stir in cream, season with salt n white pepper..
  9. remove from heat..
  10. serve in bowl and garnish with Julienne dill pickles.
