  1. Prepare 1 1/2 cups of rice.
  2. Prepare of Oil.
  3. You need 2 of onion bulbs.
  4. Prepare 3 of tomatoes.
  5. You need 1 bunch of dhania(corriander).
  6. It’s of Turmeric.
  7. You need of Gharam masala.
  8. You need of Coconut powder.
  9. It’s of Salt.

Coconut Fried Rice with butter-steamed veggies step by step

  1. Pour some oil to a heated pan.
  2. Add onions and sprinle a pinch of turmeric,a pinch of gharam masala,then stir.
  3. Add tomatoes and some tomato paste for thickness and let it simmer,then add some salt.
  4. Pour a table spoon of coconut powder and stir.
  5. Wash the rice and pour it to the pasty mixture.
  6. Add 3 cups of hot water and cover let it cook.
  7. ONce the water has evaporated,remove pan from flame and add corriander.
  8. Add the washed veggies to an empty pan.
  9. Put some butter and let it steam for a minute.
  10. Add some salt and stir for a minute.
  11. Serve and enjoy.
