Ingredients of Japanese Potato Salad

  1. It’s 250 g of Potato.
  2. It’s 15 g of Onion.
  3. You need 1/4 of Carrot, thinly sliced and boil.
  4. Prepare 1/4 of Cucumber, thinly sliced.
  5. You need 2 Slices of Ham, cut into small square pieces.
  6. You need 50 g of Mayonnaise.
  7. It’s 1/2 tsp of Sugar.
  8. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Salt.

Japanese Potato Salad instructions

  1. Boil potatoes with skin until cooked.
  2. Mix Mayo with sugar and black pepper and set aside.
