  1. Prepare 2 kg of Raw mango/.
  2. Prepare of red chilli whole one (8/9).
  3. It’s of Garlic (3/4) peel of the garlic skin.

  5. Prepare of Mustard seed 4 tsp (Fry & ground).

  8. You need of Chili powder 1/2 tsp or to taste.
  9. It’s to taste of Salt.
  10. It’s 2 tbsp of Coriander seed (Fry & ground).
  11. You need of Sugar 4-8 tbsp (according to taste).
  12. It’s 3 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  13. You need of Mastered Oil 1 lit (as per you want).
