  2. Prepare 1 cup of old fashion oats.
  3. You need 1/3 cup of Bran Bud cereal.
  4. It’s 1 tbsp of pumpkin spice.
  5. Prepare 1 1/2 tbsp of ground cinnamon.
  6. It’s 2 tbsp of honey.
  7. Prepare 1 cup of hot water.
  8. It’s 6 of pitted figs – minced.
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp of vanilla extract.

Chia Planks step by step

  1. Heat oven to 325 and line medium cookie sheet with parchment paper..
  2. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
  3. Mix wet ingredients in separate bowl, let sit 10 minutes so figs get soft..
  4. Pour wet into dry and stir till well mixed. Pour out on to lined pan. Spread mixture about to about a quarter inch thick..
  5. Bake 30 minutes. Rove from oven cut into planks, carefully turn planks over and bake 30 more minutes. Let completely cool on cookie sheet..
