Italian Chicken Legs step by step

  1. Rinse and Pat dry chicken.
  2. Cut a deep slash in each leg.
  3. Mix oil seasoning and salt and put into a zip lock bag.
  4. Add chicken to the mixture.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.
  6. Place chicken in a foil or parchment paper lined baking dish.
  7. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes.
  8. Flip chicken and bake another 15 min or until chicken is done.
