Ingredients of Thai Coleslaw

  1. You need of Slaw.
  2. You need 4 cup of Napa Cabbage (Chopped).
  3. You need 1 1/2 cup of Carrots (Shredded).
  4. It’s 1 cup of Cilantro (Chopped).
  5. It’s 2 cup of Bean Sprouts.
  6. It’s 1/2 cup of Peanuts (Chopped).
  7. You need of Coleslaw Sauce Mixture.
  8. It’s 1/2 cup of Sweet Chili Sauce.
  9. Prepare 1/4 cup of Rice Vinegar.
  10. You need 1/4 cup of Coconut Milk.
  11. You need 2 clove of Garlic (Minced).
  12. Prepare 3 tbsp of Brown Sugar.
  13. Prepare 1 tbsp of Creamy PeanutButter.
  14. Prepare 1 tsp of Ginger (Fresh & Grated).
  15. It’s 1 of Lime (Juiced).
  16. You need 1/2 tbsp of Soy Sauce.

Thai Coleslaw instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl mix together all the Coleslaw Sauce ingredients.
  2. In a large mixing bowl mix together the cabbage, carrots, cilantro and peanuts.
  3. Add desired amount of sauce into the slaw. Make sure that you don't just dump all the sauce or else it'll be very soggy.
  4. Refrigerated until cold, in our house we like to use this recipe on top of Turkey burgers.
