  1. You need 5 lb of chickem drumettes (bag).
  2. It’s 3 packages of red sazon seasoning.
  3. Prepare 1 of garlic powder.
  4. It’s 1 of onion powder.
  5. Prepare 1 of black pepper.
  6. You need 1 of all-purpose flour.
  7. Prepare 1 of peanut oil or canoil oil.

Marquita's Southern Fried chicken instructions

  1. Defrost and wash chicken off with lemon or lime juice.
  2. Season with sazon stir then season with remaining ingredients.
  3. Stir with hands really good.
  4. Let chicken sit in refrigerator for 30 mins.
  5. Prepare deep frying pan or pot with peanut or canola oil.
  6. Prepare paper bag or plastic bag with flour.
  7. Put stove on medium high or medium heat until oil pops.
  8. Take chicken out of frigerator and place chicken in the flour one by one.
  9. Shake chicken & flour together really good.
  10. Take pieces of chicken out and place in frying pan separately away from each other. One by one.
  11. Fill pot up enough to flip chicken over or stir.
  12. Cook with top off.
  13. When chicken is golden brown stir chicken and then let it fry until completely crispy all over.
  14. Prepare a plate/bowl/pan with paper towel.
  15. Remove chicken from grease with a cooking spoon or tongs.
  16. Let chicken cool off for 20 mins then Serve.
